About EC Growth Systems
EC Growth Systems was founded from a problem I kept seeing across growing businesses: the technology was there, the teams were there, the data was there. But the pieces weren’t connected.
Marketing was generating leads, but Sales didn’t always have the right context. Sales was working opportunities, but important information wasn’t consistently making its way back into Marketing or Operations. Operations was spending hours cleaning data, fixing processes, updating records, and manually moving information between systems. Leadership had dashboards and reports, but couldn’t always trust that the data reflected what was actually happening inside the business.
And somewhere in the middle, people were filling the gaps with spreadsheets, manual tasks, Slack messages, workarounds, and tribal knowledge.
The businesses I worked with didn’t necessarily have a technology problem. They had a systems problem. That’s where EC Growth Systems began.
I founded EC Growth Systems because I saw how often businesses invest in powerful CRM and automation tools without building the infrastructure needed to make those tools actually work together.
But none of those things automatically create a connected business. Technology only creates leverage when people, processes, data, and systems are working together. That’s the problem EC Growth Systems was built to solve.
My journey started in the trenches as a Virtual Assistant, supporting the day-to-day administrative, sales, and marketing operations of growing B2B companies. That experience put me close to the actual work behind the systems.
I saw what happened when a lead wasn’t routed correctly, when information was entered inconsistently, when a sales process depended on someone remembering to follow up, or when one department had information that another department didn’t. I also saw the amount of time teams could lose when technology wasn’t designed around the way they actually worked.
As my career evolved, I moved deeper into HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM architecture, integrations, and Revenue Operations. But I never lost that operational perspective. Instead, I combined it with the technical expertise needed to solve the problems I had experienced firsthand.
That became the foundation of how I approach RevOps today.
I don’t look at HubSpot as simply a CRM to configure. I look at the entire system behind your revenue operation: understanding how Marketing, Sales, Operations, and leadership interact, and designing the processes and technology that let information move between them.
When those functions operate independently, gaps appear. When they’re connected, the business can operate as one system. That’s what I build.
The Bigger Picture
Connected systems. Aligned teams. Better visibility.
My Approach
Build systems around the way people work, not systems that force people to work around them. That means I consider three things together:
Can your team use and trust the system, find what they need, and know what action to take?
Does the process make your team’s work easier, or is it just automating inefficiency?
Are your CRM, automation, integrations, and data working together, or operating in silos?
When these three are aligned, your technology becomes more than a collection of tools. It becomes an operating system for growth.
How It Compounds
EC Growth Systems exists to help growing businesses move from disconnected tools and reactive processes to connected, scalable revenue systems. Growth shouldn’t mean adding more spreadsheets, hiring more people just to keep manual processes running, or wondering whether the numbers in your CRM can be trusted.
Your systems should connect the dots. Your teams should have the information they need and know where to find it. Your processes should create accountability without creating unnecessary work. And your technology should make it easier, not harder, to scale.
